Is this a coaching programme?

No.

CALM IN THE CHAOS™ is a practical one-day leadership masterclass.

Participants learn coaching techniques that can be used during difficult conversations, but the focus is on leadership effectiveness rather than becoming a coach.

Who is this designed for?

The programme is designed for senior leaders, managers and professionals who are responsible for leading people and navigating challenging workplace situations.

Is the programme suitable for first-time managers?

The content is primarily designed for experienced leaders with responsibility for people, performance and organisational outcomes.

How many participants attend each event?

Each masterclass is limited to 10 participants to allow for meaningful discussion, practice and individual attention.

Will I have to role-play in front of the group?

Participation is encouraged, but nobody is put on the spot.

The learning environment is professional, supportive and respectful.

Is the content confidential?

Yes.

Participants are encouraged to discuss real workplace situations and all attendees are expected to respect confidentiality.

Do I need to bring a current leadership challenge?

Yes, if possible.

Many participants gain the greatest benefit by working through a real conversation they need to have in the coming weeks.

Will I receive resources?

Yes.

Participants receive practical tools, templates and frameworks that can be used immediately in their own organisations.
